Which clients to refer to us

The agent with a few rentals. You manage a few homes for past clients, and the late-night maintenance calls are eating your selling time. Hand them to us. Same clients, same future listings, less stress.

The accidental landlord. The home didn't sell, or the owner isn't ready to. We give a free rental analysis so they can decide.

How it works

  1. Send us your client's name and property address by phone, text or email.

  2. We call your client within one business day and copy you on the plan.

  3. Your client signs, and we take it from there.

What if my client asks you to list it?
We send them back to you.
